Dr. Lisa Perez
Dr. Perez graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey. She completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, and is board certified in Emergency Medicine. Since 2011, Dr. Perez has focused her practice solely on diagnosing and treating venous disease and related disorders, completing extensive training on the most recent procedures available. She served as the medical director of Circulatory Centers of Georgia from 2011-2014. Dr. Perez specializes in Endovenous Thermal Ablation, ambulatory phlebectomy for varicose veins, and ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy. A Diplomate of the American College of Emergency Physicians and a member of the American College of Phlebology, she has also been named a top doctor by RealSelf.com.
Dr. Perez is committed to providing the highest level of care to patients suffering from venous disease, significantly diminishing a person’s quality of life. She hopes to increase community awareness of the venous disease, including such overlooked symptoms as leg swelling or pain, restless legs, and night cramps.
Dr. Perez has lived in the Atlanta area since 2000 and has been an active member of the medical community since that time. She is married and the mother of 2 daughters.
